Evaluation of IFAD-Funded AFAAS Project on Strengthening Country-Level Agricultural Advisory Services

The evaluation is intended both for accountability towards donors, and for learning for AFAAS and the greater GFRAS community. The intended users of the findings and recommendations from the evaluation are the AFAAS Secretariat, the CFs and the donors.
